Season of Change

Our office has grown so much over the past couple of years and we are very excited to announce the addition of two talented new members to our team. In an effort to provide excellent service to our patients, we have added a Dental Assistant and a Business Administrator. In addition to our usual friendly smiles from Dr. Byars, Amanda, Melissa and Veronica, you will have the pleasure of meeting Cara and Coty.

Cara has been in the dental field for over eight years and comes to our office with a wide variety of knowledge. Cara was born and raised in Hannibal, Missouri and is a St. Louis Cardinals fan due to geographical location but cheers for the Royals as long as they aren’t playing the Cardinals. She lives in the Liberty area with her husband, Scott. Cara enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially the business office. In her free time, Cara enjoys music, photography, the great outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Coty has been in the dental field for over six years with five years of Expanded Functions experience. Coty moved to Kansas City from Colorado Springs, Colorado four months ago to be closer to her family. Coty lives in the Independence area with her husband, Robert and their four year old son, Ethan. In her free time, Coty enjoys spending time with her family and singing in the praise and worship team at her church. Coty loves the holidays and a good family party.

Happy Halloween

It’s the time of year for thrills and chills, tricks and treats and excessive indulgences. Although it’s okay to join in the fun and indulge every once in a while, please be sure to take extra care of those pearly whites. Be sure to brush and floss twice a day every day.

It’s time for fall, time for crisp fresh air, beautiful trees and leaves, hayrides and bonfires. It’s a season of many changes. During this season of change, if there is something you would like to change about your smile, give us a call. We would love to sit down with you and talk about what could be.

Be sure to schedule your end of the year dental appointments to utilize all of your yearly insurance benefits. Enjoy the upcoming holidays!
